Telegram proxy or VPN: which should you use?
For a connection used only by Telegram, consider a trusted proxy configured inside Telegram. ProxyArab VPN runs on Android and routes included apps through a VPN tunnel. A web proxy is a separate browser tool: entering a website address there does not configure the Telegram app.
Telegram stuck on Connecting?
Check internet access without the VPN first. Check your ProxyArab time balance, connect to a server, and wait for Connected. Open a website to verify traffic passes, then test a Telegram message. If the website works but Telegram does not, check for an old proxy in Telegram settings and temporarily disable it. Try another server or network next, changing one thing at a time.

No. This page explains connection options and the ProxyArab VPN app. It does not supply Telegram proxy addresses or keys.
Do you guarantee Telegram in every country?
No. Networks or services may still block a VPN connection. Try another server and consult the troubleshooting guide.
Do I need a proxy setting in Telegram when using a VPN?
Usually you do not need to add a proxy to try a VPN connection. Check Telegram settings if it already has an unavailable proxy configured.
How do I use Telegram with ProxyArab on Android?
Install the app from Google Play, choose a server, tap Connect, and accept Android’s VPN permission. After Connected appears, open Telegram and test a message. Try another server if data does not pass.
Is ProxyArab free to use with Telegram?

What is the difference between MTProto and SOCKS5?
Both are proxy types supported by Telegram. MTProto needs a server, port, and secret; SOCKS5 may use a username and password. Get settings from a trusted source. Your Telegram account password is not a proxy credential.
Where are Telegram proxy settings?
Look for proxy settings under Data and Storage on mobile. Menu labels vary by platform and version. Adding a proxy requires trusted server details, which this page does not distribute.
Why do Telegram messages work but calls fail?
Working messages do not prove calls will work. Check microphone permission and network quality, then try another server. Compare with another network if the issue continues. Bypassing call restrictions is not guaranteed.
Which VPN server is best for Telegram?
