This Privacy Policy explains how ProxyArab handles information across the ProxyArab VPN Android app, the ProxyArab website, and the Web Proxy service. We aim to keep the service simple and free while collecting only the information needed to run, protect, and improve it.

Information we do not collect
We do not require your real name, phone number, or an in-app password to use the free VPN service. We do not read your messages, inspect the files you transfer, or build a personal browsing history from your VPN or Web Proxy activity.
Information we may collect
- Device and app information: device model, Android version, app version, language, and diagnostic details needed to understand errors.
- Connection diagnostics: whether a VPN connection succeeded or failed, approximate country from IP address, protocol type, event time, and general performance information.
- Anonymous device identifier: used to manage daily allowance, rewards, referrals, and protection against automated abuse or manipulation.
- Push notification token: we may use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send important notices, reward reminders, or service updates. You can turn notifications off in your device settings.
VPN service
When you connect to the VPN, your traffic passes through one of the available VPN servers. We use limited technical events to understand whether the connection worked and to improve server and protocol selection. We do not use these events to create a personal browsing profile.
Web Proxy service
The Web Proxy lets you open some websites from the browser without installing the app. The requested page is fetched in real time so the service can work. Some websites may block proxies, require login, or limit functionality. You should not enter passwords, banking details, or highly sensitive information through any public web proxy.
Advertising and third-party services
ProxyArab may show ads through Google AdMob and advertising partners. These partners may use the advertising ID and device information to measure ads, prevent fraud, and improve relevance. You can reset your advertising ID or limit personalised ads in Android or Google account settings.
How we use information
- To provide the VPN and Web Proxy services.
- To improve speed, connection success, and server selection in different countries.
- To detect errors, service abuse, and automated misuse.
- To manage ads, daily allowance, referrals, and rewards inside the app.
- To answer support requests you send to us.
Data retention
We keep operational information only for as long as reasonably needed to run the service, improve reliability, protect our servers, and meet legal requirements where applicable. We try to minimise both the amount of data and the time it is retained.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including restricted server access, software updates, and operational monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but privacy and security are treated as core parts of the product.
Your choices and rights
You can disable notifications in your device settings, manage advertising personalisation in Google settings, and uninstall the app at any time. You can also request deletion of data linked to your device or ask privacy questions by contacting support@proxyarab.com.
Children's privacy
The service is not directed to children under the legal age in their country. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review the request.
