By using the ProxyArab website, ProxyArab VPN Android app, or Web Proxy service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
Service description
ProxyArab provides a free Android VPN app and a Web Proxy service designed to help users improve privacy and open some websites from the browser. Features, servers, countries, protocols, and usage limits may change depending on availability, maintenance, network protection, and provider conditions.
Eligibility and responsibility
You are responsible for using the service lawfully and safely in your country. VPN and proxy tools may be restricted on some networks or in some jurisdictions. By using ProxyArab, you accept responsibility for complying with local laws and the policies of the networks you use.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for hacking, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, spam, harassment, or violating the rights of others.
- Do not use the service for denial-of-service attacks, unauthorised scanning, or activity that harms our servers or other networks.
- Do not abuse free allowance, rewards, or referrals through automation, fake activity, manipulation, or other unfair methods.
- We may limit, suspend, or block access when we detect abuse, illegal activity, or unusual load that threatens service stability.
Web Proxy
The Web Proxy is a general browsing tool for light access to supported websites. We do not guarantee that every website will work through it, because some sites block proxies, require login, or rely on technologies that are not supported. Do not use the Web Proxy for passwords, banking details, private accounts, or highly sensitive information.
Advertising and rewards
The service may be supported by advertising. Daily allowance, VIP time, referral bonuses, and other rewards are optional benefits. They may be changed, reduced, paused, or discontinued at any time to protect fairness, prevent abuse, and keep the service sustainable.
Availability and maintenance
We work to keep ProxyArab stable and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Servers, countries, or features may be unavailable because of maintenance, provider issues, network restrictions, security updates, or high demand.
Intellectual property
The ProxyArab name, design, text, logo, website, and app elements are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, resell, or use them in a way that suggests an official relationship without written permission.
Third-party services
The website or app may link to third-party services such as Google Play or advertising partners. We do not control those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will always work, be error-free, open every website, or operate on every network or in every country.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including data loss, connection interruption, or decisions made based on use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms when the service changes or new features are added. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
