The short answer
Choose a web proxy to open a page in your browser without installing software. Choose the Android VPN app to route app traffic through an encrypted tunnel or select a server country. Both need a working internet connection.
What does each option cover?
A web proxy handles pages opened through it. Other tabs and apps do not automatically use the proxy. A VPN routes included apps through its tunnel; device settings and app exclusions can affect coverage.
Can I choose an IP location?
Select a country in the ProxyArab app's server list. The server's listed country is different from your physical location, and IP-location databases can disagree. The web proxy form does not offer country selection.
What about video and calls?
A simple page may work through the web proxy while video or login fails. A browser proxy does not route the WhatsApp app. Try a VPN for apps on Android, although the service or network may still block the connection.
