By downloading, installing, or using the ProxyArab VPN application (“ProxyArab”, “the App”, “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
ProxyArab is a free, advertising-supported Virtual Private Network (VPN) application that allows you to establish a secure, encrypted connection to servers in various countries to protect your privacy and access the internet more securely. The Service does not require registration or the creation of an account.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using ProxyArab, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of a VPN is lawful in your jurisdiction.
ProxyArab is provided free of charge and is supported by third-party advertising (including banner, interstitial, native, and rewarded ads). By using the App, you agree to the display of advertisements. Ad content is served by third-party networks (such as Google AdMob and its mediation partners) and is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The App may grant a daily allowance of free connection time and additional bonus time through features including, but not limited to:
All earned time, bonuses, referral credits, streak rewards, and any “unlimited” or VIP status are virtual benefits with no monetary value, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be modified, expired, or revoked at our discretion. We reserve the right to withhold or revoke rewards obtained through fraud, abuse, automated means, or any violation of these Terms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your activity while using the Service.

ProxyArab is designed as a no-logs service: we do not monitor, record, or store the contents of your network traffic or your browsing activity. Our collection and use of limited technical and analytics data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it to understand what information is processed and why.
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability. Server locations, speeds, free-time allowances, features, and reward structures may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time without prior notice. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.
The App relies on third-party services, including app distribution (Google Play), advertising and analytics providers, push-notification services, and upstream VPN infrastructure providers. Your use of the App may also be subject to the terms and policies of these third parties. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including its name, logo, design, software, and content — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE. BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED ZERO US DOLLARS (US$0.00).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProxyArab, its operators, and its partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 11–14) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
